Three Pillars.
Share. Learn. Represent.
The 3 pillars upon which we build our community, create value, implement activations and help our WA indie sector find new ways to improve what we do.
Share.
"The positive energy in the room was palpable due to the remarkable openness between members, which is a pillar that defines IN:WA."
Jeff Champtaloup, Managing Partner & Creative Director, Braincells
Joining IN:WA means being part of a network that values the sharing of experiences and ideas, and collective progress.
We believe in the power of collaboration and shared knowledge. That’s why we offer our members so many opportunities for learning from one another, from our teams, and from specialists.
Membership of our indie community is about contributing to, and benefiting from, a pool of expertise that can help your business stay relevant, find fresh inspiration, and unlock new strategies and solutions.
Learn.
"We love how IN:WA brings our creative community together. It’s a great chance to swap ideas, learn from each other, and grow together."
Travis Hayto, Managing Director, SoCo Studios
Our focus is on boosting knowledge within the WA sector with diverse learning opportunities and activations that facilitate formal and informal exchanges of experiences and insights.
When peers from the same sector share experiences, ideas and points of view, the connection is real, and from those connections comes an openness to listen, consider and learn.
Our members are clear that the value of open sharing is unique and extraordinary. From owning and leading companies in the same sector and state, our members share similar challenges, triumphs and opportunities to evolve.
Represent.
"We want to partner up with the government and help advise them to unlock all the talent and skills in these independent WA businesses."
Jeff Champtaloup, Managing Partner & Creative Director, Braincells
Our Representation sub-committee is always busy in the background, helping ensure that our members can be represented for their growth, improvement and equal procurement opportunities.
In collaboration with the State Government and leading corporations, we aim to strengthen industry ties through the activation of forums that enhance industry capabilities and collectively address common challenges.
And we aim to establish a direct channel for dialogue with the WA state government to raise industry concerns and provide feedback to shape supportive policies and initiatives for our indies.
If our 3 pillars resonate with you, join us.
We are welcoming the owners and leaders of independent, WA-owned companies in the commercial and creative communications sector, to join our community.
