Our Owners & Leaders Assemblies (OLA) are moderated, members-only workshops that create spaces of trusted sharing where members can share and learn from each other on topics from team and culture, to tendering and fee structures.

Peer-to-peer learning

What makes IN:WA unique is that our members all own and lead independent businesses in the commercial communications and creative sector. That means they all speak the same language and share many of the same challenges. And that means that the learning that comes from the sharing in our OLA activations is high value indeed.

OLA Process

Small Groups

Our membership community is divided into small groups for our OLA workshops. This allows each group to build maximum trust, share openly and optimise the learning value each member gets from each session.

Commitment

Our members nominate a ‘primary member’ who commits to attending activations and prioritise the OLA workshops. Because trust comes from building understanding between individuals and that is always our focus.

Diversity

Our board hand picks the members of each group for diversity across the different professional disciplines delivered by member businesses. We are always mindful of finding the most effective ways to maximise the learning value for our members.

Moderated

Each OLA group is facilitated and moderated by a professional who knows the IN:WA community well. The moderator understand the topic and the agenda an guides the members through each workshop, conversation and exercise.
